The opportunity

Reporting to the Manager - Branch Experience, the Concierge’s primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for all members coming into the branch. In this role you will be working with a small team to provide exceptional service to all of our members.  Strong emphasis will be placed on providing focused service in a unique environment, primarily utilizing technology to meet member needs. 

Scheduled Hours:

8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Enhancing member experiences through promotion of Noventis’ innovative service delivery model; including the interactive Teller Machine (iTM), self-service banking, mobile and online options
  • Greeting members and managing the queue for service, looking for opportunities to promote Noventis’ alternative service delivery channels
  • Making outgoing calls to members in relation to issue resolution, service satisfaction and proactive opportunity notifications
  • Supporting the branch with processing of new memberships and account openings.
  • Supporting the branch with the processing of estate accounts, deposit products and investment renewals.
  • Handling cash, either in a primary or assisting role for all members
  • Balancing ATMs, iTMs and general ledger accounts
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications Required

  • A high level of comfort with new technology and alternative delivery channels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Financial industry experience is an asset
