We can all use some help sometimes. (Sep 19, 2017) Expand/Collapse

And, when we are part of a strong community, we can expect to help and to be helped.

That's exactly why we have a Community Connections program here at Noventis.  We want to get involved, to help, and to build even stronger communities.

If you are involved in a project which could use some financial assistance, you should get in touch with us. If it isn't cash you need, we may still be able to help.

Just remember, the deadline for our fall application intake is September 30th!

New account packages and updated service fees schedules (Jun 29, 2017) Expand/Collapse

As of July 1st, Noventis is introducing a new, streamlined set of account packages.

All business and chequing accounts will now be differentiated by the names Basic, Essential and Advantage.

You can check out each of the new account packages here:

Not sure if you are in the right type? Feel free to get in touch! We will make sure your account is the best fit for you.

Along with the new account packages, we are releasing our freshly updated service fee schedule.

A large portion of our fees and charges have stayed the same. However, some changes needed to be made in order to stay competitive - and to ensure Noventis remained profitable for our members.

These new fees and service charges will go into effect on July 1, 2017.

See what we've been up to in our community. (Apr 25, 2017) Expand/Collapse

Well, we've made it through another great year here at Noventis Credit Union, and we are excited to let our members know more about it!

That's why we have created our second annual report to the community.

The report is all about our 'social' side - the ways we love to get involved and give support.  It showcases local projects and efforts, and speaks to our commitment to our communities.

The report will be coming out in these papers within our service area:  The Express Weekly, The Headingley Times and the Cartier Times.

And, if you don't want to wait, you can check it out right here.

Making our members aware. (Apr 24, 2017) Expand/Collapse

On Monday, April 17, a keying error occurred which generated automated banking system transactions for the period of April 17 - April 27.  This resulted in members' balances being affected immediately.

We have corrected the errors that resulted in a debit from members accounts. However, in order to view transactions that occurred you may have to adjust the transaction viewing date to April 27 within your online banking.

If any services charges are incurred on member accounts due to this error, they will be refunded.

Changes to our system have already been made so that this type of error will not occur again.

We thank you all for your patience as we work towards making all of the necessary corrections.

If you need immediate assistance or have questions, please call 1-844-826-6500.

The votes have been tallied, and we have your results. (Apr 20, 2017 Expand/Collapse

Vote for up to 10 candidates between April 10th and April 19th. (Mar 31, 2017) Expand/Collapse

This year, Noventis Credit Union is making some changes to the board and the election process.

The first of these changes is that the board of directors is being re-organized and scaled back from 15 directors to 10.

Secondly, the way you vote has changed.  In previous years, members voted for a representative from their own area. This year, you will have the ability to vote for up to 10 candidates from throughout our service area.

This means you will have more control over the entire board and what it looks like.  It’s your turn to decide who you want to be directing your business.

So, before you vote, be sure to research all of the candidates below.

Fill out our new member experience survey, and you could win a Fitbit Flex 2!* (Mar 31, 2017) Expand/Collapse

We have just unveiled our brand new member experience survey!

The new survey is a one-stop shop for reviewing your experiences with us.  Whether you have done your banking online, in-branch, at an iTM or via the contact centre, you can now go to one survey to tell us how we’ve done.

The new survey has all new questions, is super simple and only takes about five minutes to complete.

Also, we are changing how and what our members can win for filling out the survey. Gone are the days of waiting three months to see if you are a winner.  We will be giving away one Fitbit Flex 2 every month of the year to a randomly drawn member!* When you fill out the survey, you are entered in for the prize.
